LUMORA SA ships all orders via trusted South African courier services:

  • Aramex Store-to-Door
  • The Courier Guy

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (major centres)
  • Outlying areas may take 5–7 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

3. Free Shipping

LUMORA SA offers free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the Aramex or Courier Guy website.

6. Limitation of Liability for Delays

LUMORA SA shall not be held liable for any shipping delays caused by:

  • Third-party courier services (Aramex or The Courier Guy)
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays or high-volume periods
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timelines are subject to the courier's operational capacity.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. LUMORA SA cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at: support@lumorasa.com

We will liaise with the courier on your behalf, however LUMORA SA cannot guarantee outcomes as delivery is managed by third-party services.
